Acceptance Terms

I have read and agree to Planntz's Cancellation, Refund and Liability Policy.

• The contracted service involves the importation of prescribed medication and depends on prior authorisation from ANVISA, without which the process cannot begin. Planntz does not provide medical consultations or issue prescriptions.
• A refund is only available before the importation process begins. Once any stage has started — regulatory, procurement or logistics — the refund is subject to review and may not be approved.
• Once the medication has been delivered, the service is considered fully rendered and there is no right to a refund, regardless of the reason. Brazilian health legislation (ANVISA RDC 222/2018) and the applicable U.S. legislation prevent the physical return of the product.
• Difficulty accessing gov.br, refusal to proceed with ANVISA, or an irregular CPF before the process begins are eligible for a full refund, since the process has not started.
• Delays caused by ANVISA, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, customs retention or carriers are not the responsibility of My Planntz and do not give rise to a refund.
• The estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days after ANVISA approval. This is an estimate and may vary due to external factors.
• Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the company's official channel. Requests made by any other means create no obligation to review them.
• When approved, refunds are issued within up to 10 business days of approval, through the same payment method originally used.

I acknowledge that this acceptance is legally binding and forms part of the contract established with Planntz.
